Do you sell gift cards?
We sure do! We sell electronic gift cards that are delivered instantly to your email address. The ideal last-minute gift. You can order one from £10 – £500.
What to do if I have not received my order confirmation?
If you have not received your order confirmation, it may be because your order hasn’t been processed yet. If you have not received your order confirmation with 24 hours and you have checked your junk mail, please contact us by email on hello@rockandmove.com so that we can look into this for you.
Can I change my order?
Thanks to warehouse upgrades, some orders are picked and packed within minutes. We cannot take further payment from you once your order has been placed; therefore, you cannot add items onto your order, but you are more than welcome to place a new order.
What to do if I have entered the wrong shipping address?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email on hello@rockandmove.com and we will do our best to help, however this cannot be guaranteed if your order is picked and packed or dispatched.
How do I make an exchange or return?

Do you ship worldwide?

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK Standard Deliveries arrive within 2-3 working days.
UK Next-Day Deliveries arrive on the next day.
EU Standard Deliveries usually arrive within 5-7 working days.
EU DHL Express Deliveries arrive within 2-6 days.
USA & Canada Standard Deliveries usually arrive within 5-10 working.
USA & Canada DHL Express Deliveries arrive within 2-3 working days.
Rest Of World Standard Deliveries usually arrive within 5-10 working. This can increase for remote areas.
Rest Of World DHL Express Deliveries usually arrive within 2-4 working days. This can increase for remote areas.
During exceptionally busy periods, delivery times may increase.

How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation that may include your tracking information dependent on the shipping service paid for.
How do I collaborate with you?
Currently, we do not have an application process but we will be in touch if you stand out as somebody we’d love to work with. Below is a guide on what can help our team recognise you as a passionate athlete or influencer:
1) Placing an order with us.
2) Trying and reviewing our products.
3) Creating unique content wearing Rock & Move.
4) Tagging us on Instagram @rockandmove_official and using the hashtag #rockandmove in your content wearing Rock& Move so we can find it.
5) Engage with us on our social media channels. We really do keep an eye out for this. So, keep up the amazing work!
How do I contact you?
The best way to contact us is by filling in the contact form on our Contact page or by emailing us on hello@rockandmove.com, as we do not operate call centres. Email allows us to assist you more efficiently, so you don’t have to wait on the phone whilst we look into your query, it also means we have reference of any correspondence.
Our customer support team responds to emails from 9am to 5pm (UK time) Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. During busy periods we work hard to get back to you in extended hours.
